With this, you have to inform the guest through emails or channel messaging and let them make the necessary verification of the card they have added. To share our experience, we had one guest who attempted to make payments multiple times but the card was always declined. We tried to charge the guest on our end using the card she added but the same issue we had encountered. So, we emailed the guest and informed her to verify her card details or she may call her credit card company. Everything went well after a thorough verification. The activity log is also helpful as a host to make us aware of the activity performed throughout the payment processing. Whatever software you need or use, there is always a learning curve and help from customer support is sometimes needed. Same day support is available, saving time & money The Automatic cash feature with Stripe is amazing :) After that the upsell feature is really cool and I'm sure it's gonna make some extra money

What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

It is doing what it's name is saying - complete automatization of charges, authorizations based on cancellation policy and it even refund chargebacks/charges if needed according to the cancellation policy too. Saving dozen of hours each week for each property owner and it has extremely smooth integration with out PMS too so our clients are benefiting it double!

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

They have full box of products and they have integration with almost every payment provider in the world which is completely unique in the market + they have integrations with almost every PMS that exist out there means any person can use them (for a very low price too)
