The most advance pricing algorithm available out there for vacation rentals, both individual hosts and apartments management companies. Clear explanation behind every price update making it easier for the user to understand the reasoning of each action.
Very powerful product that allows property managers to implement dynamic pricing, and compare their rates to the market. Great to work with from an integration perspective and always provided great support and marketing opportunities.

I would ensure that they have strong connections with a PMS or Channel Manager and that the updates they make in Pricelabs appear in OTAs correctly and on time. This is a sign that the PMS/Channel manager has strong, official integrations with the OTAs. Also, every software is as good as the user is able to set it up. It pays to spend time ensuring that the pricing recommendation engine works for your specific type of property and market. The PriceLabs team has a ton of excellent documentation on how to best use their tools.
