Dash digitizes the guest experience all from one portal. In a world where contactless is important Dash has provided a solution that still allows complete engagement with the guest, from check-in, to ordering, messaging and other services.

Answer:

All managed from one portal, the technology is fully automated allowing the guest to complete all the standard processes without the need to take time away from the hotel's staff. The technology is also able to collect reviews from guests after check-out to further allow the hotel to refine processes.
