Answer:

Unlike other apps available to accommodation providers, the Duve application covers multiple parts of the guest journey in a single application. When resources are short in hotels, enabling their teams to understand one platform rather than multiple helps to cement the adoption of new technology.

What do you like most?

The guests can check that all their info are correct and can already leave all their info which saves them and us time at the actual check in.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

That breakfast if only offered to guests who haven't booked it yet. Oftentimes guests are confused when Duve asks if they would like to order breakfast even though they already have.

Many functions that gather to very efficient checkin process, flexible product, committed management and development team. It well designed for different os platforms and different ui platforms.
