I think there are various features in version 2.0 that could be improved. I feel videos should be able to be embedded rather than linking out and the same with the weather.
I think more flexibility in terms of the dashboard and the positioning and size of the tiles and text would be helpful.
I also think it would be good to not have to have the same theme on the dashboard throughout the whole APP.

Very simple off the peg solution which was very easy to build and to maintain. Provided a good contactless solution for us in covid-19 times.

Some of the add ons, for example push notification systems, could do with being tested more thoroughly before being rolled out as we have had difficulties implementing them. I do think this is early days for these developments though so confident they'll improve.

The rise of a hotel app in world living with covid-19 has seen great growth. Integrated with the Avvio booking engine for upsells and returning guests, the Criton app post booking pre stay as well as whilst on site at the hotel is a great guest experience, offering pre arrival check in, keyless entry and a host of other features and hotel information historically found in a bedside book. As we get closer to 2021, guest experience has moved on and the Criton focus at what they are great at is a perfect strategy.
