Comprehensive solution to manage digital sales, helpful staff quickly reacting to any issue, cooperation with a sense of common purpose and achieving goals together

Website cms, but we are in the process of switching to the new one, customizing upper booking and making it look more like given hotel website.

It's really intuitial, helpfull and let US to Save a lot of time for another job. I really love it

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

You should increase help desk departament. There is a problem with city fee. We supposed to take it From our Guest if they are staying for more tran one night, but the system doesnt letvus to do it.

Thanks to cooperation with Profitroom, we have a beautiful website, we have limited the time for writing stay offers by using CRM. (my receptionists say that this is the best tool) and Mr. Dominik and Mrs...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The ability to edit the font, color, size of letters when creating mailing campaigns and combining the offers you are already working on will make my work a lot easier.

- low commission for direct bookings - reliable prices for the services - high level of account management - nice persons in the team

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

- support should be available through telephone, not only chat - some products should be improved/developed (eg. Channel Manager) - small hotels/clients should be treated in the same way as the big ones...
