Adyen has a good understanding of the hospitality industry and our specific needs & requirements. This includes integrations into some of the most well-known PMS systems on the market. Their hospitality team is a pleasure to work with and our mutual clients are very pleased with the results of our joint projects.

Ensure that any tokens/pre-authorizations taken by the guest can be completed by the hotel themselves. We would also recommend using the product directly integrated with the PMS (OPI/PMS driven payment) and not handled by external systems if a solution is available.
