Vertical Booking is a program that is clear, regular and fast for its users. a program. I have used the program in Lush Hotel taksim, Palazzo Donizetti, Vialand hotels. The Vertical Booking channel manager allows lodging operators to manage inventory across all channels connected to the system from a single, user-friendly dashboard. Our mutual clients appreciate how reliable the system is and how easy it is to manage pricing, as well as rate and availability restrictions per channel.
My experience with Vertical Booking is exclusive with the North American team and I am very happy to recommend them as protel partner. We have many mutual clients throughout Europe and are growing in North America as well.
The sales and support team are consistent in engagement and responsiveness overall. They have many different solution, but aim to thoroughly understanding your needs before promoting any particular product or service.
