"Amazing Cloud based PMS system for hotels. Do the demo with one of their consultants and see how easy it is to install. Ask them all the information you should prepare before hand so when it comes time to switch over from your old PMS to Hotelogix, the process can be really quick and hassle free. Pros Having worked with server based PMS systems my whole career, I did extensive research and found Hotelogix to be the best in class cloud based PMS system which is easy to use, they have great customer service with 24x7 chat in various languages. As I started my own hotel company and installed Hotelogix for 2 of my hotels, it was as easy as several clicks to get it up & running and channel integration to OTAs is also very quick so my hotels began receiving bookings directly into the PMS immediately. Cons The phone app is a good start but needs to be able to offer all the facilities of the web option. the app is limiting and they charge extra to use it which doesn't make sense. It is cloud-based, it has the Automated coaching engine which makes it easy to train users. It has a lot if integrations that makes it an all in one solution. It integrates to most 3rd party applications.

It is user friendly & easy for students & instructors to grasp. Moreover the service from training to getting the customised version in our hands was top-notch. Upendra & his team are still doing an amazing professional job.

Very good tech support. There are numerous reports that can be downloaded to help with analytics. You can also request the tech support to customize reports according to the company's requirements. Very quick to respond to service requests.

The product is suitable for small to big enterprise and has a range of products to offer for the hotel's operational needs. The tech support is very strong and efficient. The ACE is very useful and handy.
