Ask all your questions, their service reps are more than willing to help get you the answers to your questions. The reps are always friendly and willing to help. Don't feel like you cannot ask all your questions when exploring their products.

That it is pretty easy to understand and use. The multi calendar is a helpful feature. Scheduled automations are a helpful tool to help hosts stay hands off most times.
Automations dont let you edit after they've been saved, you have to duplicate it and edit it then delete the old one.

Knowledgeable customer service. Friendly and efficient. Was able to successfully handle all my questions. I also like the quick response time to my email.
So far, I have no complaints. The only thing that would maybe make the customer service more ideal would be to have a 24/7 call hotline to answer questions on the spot.
