I LOVE the new Cleaning Plus App with QUORE. I am thrilled that I was able to Beta test this for them and have already had it approved to move all 6 of my hotels to using this add on as soon as it becomes available. I love that I know where any housekeeper is at any given moment as well as am able to quickly tell if someone needs help to meet the required time for the day or week. This tool allows us to help our housekeepers improve their efficiency as well as ensures that we stay with in our allotted budget. I am able to pull reports that give me a breakdown by employee or as an entire team, I am able to break it down by day or month. I believe it allows our staff to be more aware of how they use their time and gives me more opportunity to work with those who need additional help instead of guessing who is behind.

We used to have to use work order slips to have maintenance look at anything that is wrong, now we just tap it into Quore and all our maintenance workers are alerted to the problems. It truly does streamline the process of communication between housekeeping, front desk and maintenance at our hotel when there is a problem with a room. It has also cut down on paper cost, eliminating the need for a lost and found log book, the work order slips, and message slips for housekeeping.
