What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

GoTab's restaurant commerce platform is the best I have seen to date. The platform is truly optimized for ease of use on both the operations and client side - completely customizable, and a perfectly-designed POS that seamlessly combines the front and back of house operations. Their mobile ordering and payment platform is also a beautiful experience, and without the need for the guest to download an app. The cherry on top is that they integrate with so many existing POS systems. It is a brilliant platform start to finish.

Ease of use, elegant and clean design, excellent customer service - the people behind GoTab are one of a kind; they truly care about their product and putting the guest experience front and center, while not sacrificing the operational side.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Choosing a POS system is one of the larger headaches in the hospitality technology world - which often leads to hoteliers falling back on old standbys that, while they may corner a large market share, are making themselves irrelevant, outdated, financially unviable, not user friendly and unreliable - GoTab is the exact opposite of all of this.
