What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

It's a real plus for every restaurant or hotel that manages in-house orders and reservation. Lightspeed facilitates the multi-property management and upgrade the restoration service to become way more efficient.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

To me, this is THE reference in terms of POS. Lightspeed has a super ergonomic interface, easy to understand and manage. The connectivity with the other systems (PMS, Guest Relation Platform, etc.) is easy.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

If you have a lot of different systems and if you manage many properties at the same time, this product is made for you ! This the go-to solution if you want to increase your Food and Beverage team's efficiency.
