What do you like most?
They answered all of my questions quickly and in a way I could understand. They were also terrific about accommodating our requests and customizing templates for us. Always flexible and friendly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps having a few more pre-set templates options for available for us to customize (there is currently a limited number of forms/templates you can apply).

Adding new notifications sounds so that there easier to hear . But other than that it is an amazing app to use

Just a few changes to the app version. Some things you can do on a pc cannot be done on the app.

The only thing I would recommend is that when a guest signs the e-registration forms is that it also can be pulled over to the PMS system ( we are using AutoClerk Cloud.) Other than that it is all amazing...
