Akia has helped us communicate with our guests more and helps us to send contactless check in details for when the guests arrive!

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Just a few changes to the app version. Some things you can do on a pc cannot be done on the app.

Using Akia has made reaching out to our guests much easier. Between guests signing all of the E-Registration cards over the phone or any frequently asked questions which the AI takes care of automatically...

The only thing I would recommend is that when a guest signs the e-registration forms is that it also can be pulled over to the PMS system ( we are using AutoClerk Cloud.) Other than that it is all amazing...

What do you like most?

There are many benefits of using this. Guests can easily contact us, getting a faster response from us, very easy to use.Never had any problems with getting in touch with people.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I think the automated responses could be a bit perfected. Sometimes a guest will ask something and Akia will come back with something completely different, it sometimes confuses the guests and us.
