What do you like most?

Slick, easy to use software makes communication between departments and guests incredibly simple and intuitive. Never have any issues finding what I want and incredibly customizable

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

More actions available for batch mode. Also the interface is a little bit of an eyesore. Something a bit more modern would be great.

What do you like most?

So easy to use Any one can use it Easy follow up for our guest even if they already left the hotel.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It would be really helpfull to be able to put on "Pause" any request. Sometimes, due to specific reasons we are not able to finish teh request on time. Appart from that... the system is great!
