Super simple to use, guests communication is easy, housekeeping requests internal and external are great. Easy to pinpoint what is needed, love the simplicity.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I dont see any big issues with ALICE as of yet, I do believe maybe the speed could be better but otherwise it works great for guests and for staff thus far.
