Answer:

Explore the many functionalities of the platform; There are details within each product that are exceptionally helpful though sometimes under-hyped. Think keyboard shortcuts, schedule send (SMS), saved filters by department, custom confirmation letters, and tags in Local.

I love the fact that this system is so user friendly. I was so reluctant learning a new system, but you guys have made it so easy. Julius is "amazing".

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

-I would like to see more webinars to and refresher courses on the Alice platform. -Webinars on new features when they are implemented

What do you like most?

The best Housekeeping Software out there, seamless rooms assignment, guests' requests and SMS feature that's critical to the operation, Tracking the room attendant progress a big plus as well!

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The ability to have the hotel create sections room assignment, and to sort the room attendant section assignment by alphabetical order

What do you like most?

Easy handling for the staff when it works. the guest messaging software functions good. Changes is made very easy, and communication speed is good

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The operational reliability, and the synchronization to other system (to collect information) needs to be better. It is not acceptable to be forced to manual handling at least once a week.

1-I liked the menu that we can add the activities the guest want2-confirmation letters for guests ( Airport pick up and drop off 3- Menus with alerts are also perfect.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Yes, we can improve it, for example by activating the chat service for effective communication with the concierge department.Thank you kaily for everything.

Excellent way to keep track of activities, sharing events and adding details for internal communication. Easy to use, functionall tool for concierge team

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I can't think in something to be improved. Is a very good tool. Perhaps adding a better conexion with open table, resy and other restaurant reservations sites
