Concierge portal easy to use and very simple and clear. Signage screen in reception also very easy to use and helps a lot with communication with customer. It provides the guest a seamless guest experience before, during and after their stay in the hotel. And it gives the hotels a underrepresented guest service solution together with OPERA Cloud. And takes away the boring and tiring tasks and speeds up check in, check out, guest communication and over all solution.

It gives the hotels more touch points with the guest during their guest journey. Promotes up-selling not only via pushed guest communication but also in kiosk, in room entertainment. And as a user interface in the backend a better holistic view towards numbers and sales.

To not only go with the cheapest on the final line. but to dig in to your own possibilities of promotion, up-sell, guest communication, guest interaction. See what the ROI will give you and what service and customization Speeron actually offers.
