RateGain is helping hoteliers to stay ahead in the every changing environment. Its products help the industry to have visibility and control over the revenue management. RateGain provides the right technology stack to track, optimise and engage on every revenue opportunity available.
As Market Manager, RezGain is helping me to get the rates & availability easily, eventho the user (hotel side) is not a tech savvy.
From back-end side, it's easy to communicate any hurdles directly to RateGain team, especially their Bali and Indo team.
The support from team. When problem occurred RateGainz team help us to solve the problem, even we are not from hotel side, I think this much easier so communicate with the support team. Thank you appreciate it.
Rate Gain offers connectivity to the major OTAs and has worked on improving things over time! Today, our hotels don't have very many complaints, which is great. We also have recently brought on a large customer and Rate Gain completed 2 major tasks that were necessary for them which gave us a win with the hotels. I also appreciate the support chat window that has agents readily available to assist with issues and questions with Rate Gain and the OTA issues. Being able to ping their support at any time is a great resource. This eliminates the need to open a ticket or call a support help line and be on hold forever.

The technology and the support are both superior. The Tech has connections to practically any channel that you can think of. The features are awesome for reputation management, rate management and you can do some cool thing like change the prices based on occupancy.

RateGain is on the market for 15 years already. They have experience in working with industry leaders in travel and hospitality. These facts lead to the conclusion that RateGain is able to provide real-time and accurate view of the market for hoteliers who are then able to make smart decisions
Beside of the current role, I used to work for RezGain's competitor and for me RezGain's Excel Upload is one thing that you cannot beat.
It is very easy to use, especially for International Chain properties. They only need to download the Rate Recommendation from their system as xls and upload directly to RezGain's system. It's way beyond the competitor's mind.
Currently connection to Rakuten are using HTML scrapping, sometimes when problem occurred we could contact the team directly from our side (OTA). Thank you for the support from team in rate gainz team in Indonesia appreciated it
The fact that they listen and manage to deliver what client asks differentiates them. Like earlier we had asked for new features before bulk properties to be onboarded and they did. Support Chat listens and also the relationship manager really helps.

I would recommend RateGain. Hoteliers that are looking for revenue management solution should definitely try this software which is perfect in providing data and securing that hotels are offering services for the right price on every platform.
If you're looking for reliable connectivity but still budget-friendly Channel Manager. RezGain should be as your first option. And their Local Support team also very friendly and always coming with solution.
I think will recommend this product as it could be connected with Rakuten and many property has used it. The support team give a good response and always tried their best to solve the problem. Thank you.
