The combination of M3's offerings round out a great hotel specific solution for labor, key metrics and accounting. All of their software is centered specifically to hoteliers. As a matter of fact they have backgrounds in hotel management and know from a user standpoint what is needed.
We have worked with M3 for 20+ years and have loved every minute. Their dedication to service matches Inova's which makes for a great partnership and solution for hoteliers everywhere. After all service is the difference in serving clients and guests.
M3 is the only hospitality accounting resource I would be willing to recommend to our clients. Not only are their services best in class, but their team goes above and beyond for their clients for any given question or request. They truly care about their employees, partners, and their clients at a level I have not seen at other organizations.
M3 Insight allows hoteliers, from corporate to property, to better visualize and utilize data from multiple systems, and provides business insight at-a glance. They are not a "me too" company. They listen to their clients and stay on top of what is going on in the industry. By doing so their software solutions are continually enhanced to meet the rapidly changing landscape. Experience builds the team as well as the solutions.
The quality of their service is unmatched. Products and services are on trend and current - as well as user-friendly. M3 partners with industry leaders (like SIB) to offer additional benefits to clients and provide a spotlight on services that can improve operations. Look for the best service provider who is an expert in the hospitality industry and who uses their own product. How much better can you get! Experience, service and a solution that enables you to tackle your most expensive costs and take quick action.
When looking at others, ask them how long they have been servicing hotel clients and do they have hands on experience. I can safely say none of the others can come close when all things are considered.
