What do you like most?

Ease of use, simplicity. General ledger application and the ability to see and print invoices. Interface with banking application at California Bank and Trust.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

My AP person seems to get kicked out the system a lot. In the inputting of account payables the clerk will be kicked out of system.

I like working with the Staff at m3. Always responsive willing to help. I like the business intelligence and analytics.

M3 has helped us streamline our day to day accounting tasks, by automating several processes that were done manually. Business ingelligence has been a great feature to use

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It could be more user friendly, on the accounting side. The set up for single companies is rather confusing to new users.

I like how fast it goes. It is very easy to imput the data once the night audit worksheet balances

The only problem I have had with it was when I mis-typed the email I was sending the report to. If the email is invalid, the screen freezes up, and you can't do anything with it until Support fixes it. Fo...

very good canned reports with link to ledgers Drill down feature very useful when auditing Bank reconciliation is user friendly and efficient
