What do you like most?
M3 has a complete package for the hotelier that needs to know everything that’s going on with just a few keystrokes. Their financial budgeting and KPI software is second to none.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The ability to print budgets and forecasts from the module in their totality including expanded items or performance best benchmarks for each line item.

Simple to use, easy, great support when needed. Have been happy with my overall use of M3. Would recommend to others
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reloading files myself and not needing to reach support if the wrong one is sent in is the only improvement I can think of at this time

M3 software is very user friendly and easy to use. They have an excellent support team and it is a great improvement over other accounting software I have used in the past
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Area to improve is there is sometime a lag when selecting vendors that I need to slow down typing for they system to catch up.

I will have to "circle back" to this one after we are trained on the new budget/forecast module, because the way the system is right now, this is a very tough question.

Speed of system. More 'off the shelf" reporting already configured into the forecasts/budget module. Data fields accessible/viewable w/out having to click into sections. Ability to know what forecast ...

dashboard. Nice to see all the data and comparison year over year or OTB vs budget. the OOO tool and alerts is also good.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
on the books for future reservations and pickup. It would be nice to have the OTB+future reservations totals. Thank you
