What is 123compare.me?
Founded in 2017 | Headquarters in Barcelona (Spain) | 8 employees
Magic Parity Tool is a rate parity monitoring and recovery software for hotels. It uses real guest searches from the hotel website to identify when OTAs, metasearch sites, and bedbanks undercut the hotel’s direct rate, showing how often it happens and the revenue impact. It also recommends corrective actions and supports recovery through Find & Book and Price Match. It works with a lightweight script and requires no PMS or booking engine integration.

Available Add-ons & Modules
Find & Book: disparity checks with real bookings
Rate Shopping
Most rate shoppers check a sample of prices. Find & Book goes further and verifies disparities with real test bookings, uncovering hidden and “bait” rates that sampling tools miss, with evidence you can take to your OTA partners.
Price Match: keep bookings on your direct channel
Direct Booking Tools
When a guest on your website finds a lower price elsewhere, Price Match matches it in real time, so the booking stays on your direct channel instead of going to an OTA. Available for OTA, metasearch or both.
Parity Shield: stop unwinnable Google Hotel Ads bids
Hotel Metasearch Management Software
Stop paying for Google Hotel Ads clicks you can’t win. Parity Shield detects when your rate is being undercut and pauses those bids, so your metasearch budget goes where you can actually convert.
Rate Accuracy: avoid Google Hotel Ads price penalties
Hotel Metasearch Management Software
Google penalises hotels whose advertised prices don’t match what guests see when they book. Rate Accuracy flags price mismatches before they become a problem, helping you avoid penalties or suspensions and protect your visibility in Google Hotel Ads.
