Our experience is that mobility brings another level of media, application, option for our guest to enjoy their hotel visits, as well as for us hotelliers have the opportunity to cater to the more mobile "savy" guests. Also the possibility to create additional revenue by upselling, room service etc. are a big plus.

Finding and showcasing the hotels/nearby attractions could be made more upfront and easy to find... now it needs scrolling and is not that notable/upfront to find.

In-app customization is currently limited but AeroGuest has been extremely retentive to feedback and taking on our ideas for improvement for future updates. Some limitations to what type of reservations can use mobile checkin but again, very happy with the feedback received while trying to solve issues.

Improve on payment rules recognition functionality, integrated with Opera, so guests can actually use the app for their entire journey, pre-during-after. Can pre book all F&B facilities on the app in advance. pay on the app as well. Enhance the functionality for passport scanning, currently it is still quiet challenge for our guests.

As always the hotelier need to fully find out what is needed and what is "nice to have", there are so many products on the market doing more or less that same - but still not the same! What functionality is mandatory for this kind of solution? What possibilities for interface with the PMS? Pricing of the licence long term and checking what extra costs that can be hidden. Aero guest has a great onboarding team and good customer service. They help you kickstart your use with the product. The product works well with self check in properties along with other properties that provide front desk services at arrival.
The upgrade feature is something all hotels should provide to their guests in my opinion, and of course the ability to buy further services through the upsell platform.
