Vertical Booking is a program that is clear, regular and fast for its users. a program. I have used the program in Lush Hotel taksim, Palazzo Donizetti, Vialand hotels. It is a program with a very high number of sales channels that you can connect to all B2C and B2B channels that are active in the world and that you think you can get reservations from. It is very important and satisfying that you can get technical support from the Turkish sales team whenever you need it.

My experience with Vertical Booking is exclusive with the North American team and I am very happy to recommend them as protel partner. We have many mutual clients throughout Europe and are growing in North America as well. The sales and support team are consistent in engagement and responsiveness overall. They have many different solution, but aim to thoroughly understanding your needs before promoting any particular product or service.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Vertical Booking is a very competitive company overall. Clients have also confirmed that they appreciate the ability make price changes quickly and manage restrictions on a per channel basis. The site is easy to navigate, the Travel agent reports are very useful and help with accruals.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Try to identify your online goals, key needs and then categorize your Must Haves versus Nice to Haves. The team at Vertical Booking is very knowledgeable and will ensure they set you on a path for success.
