They are constantly improving the products and also adding new products. Their CRS has everything: Channel Manager, Booking Engine, GDS Solutions, Payment Automation, Central Inventory. With D-Edge hotels can manage over 300 distribution, including GDSs and OTAs. What is more important is, that the availability is updated instantly, day and night.

I have never seen any single customer who has regretted using at least one of their products.
During the pandemic, they even launched Recovery tracker to monitor COVID impacts. It really shows how advanced they are and in situations like that, they can give advice to hoteliers on what channels they focus more. It is really important now!
D-Edge has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
