D-edge suite of products are top providers in the tech space globally. I would specially mention their digital marketing and distribution capabilities which are key for a strong revenue management strategy monitoring.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Our connection with D-edge provide our clients with a useful synchronisation between their PMS and Channel Manager or IBE which allows hoteliers using D-edge for distribution to easily receive pricing recommendation and distribute to their different channel mix.

Question:

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Hotelier should monitor carefully their different sources of business and effectively manage their direct booking channel VS their 3rd parties. Having a one stop shop for digital distribution, monitoring demand and compset should be on the top list for choosing a distribution platform.
