First off, Stash as a company is extremely helpful and responsive. No matter how small the question, they are always ready to help! They made the process of enrolling our hotel in their program seamless and easy. And best of all they are only an email away! You never have to call a-call-center and wait on hold only to talk to a new person who has no idea who you are and explain your situation over and over. You get to talk to the same people who know you and know your hotel! The rewards program is just as amazing as the company, it’s free to join, the points never expire and there are 300+ hotels in the program! Plus the best perk as a hotel in the program is, they offer hotels an employee program, where hotels can enroll and any employee of that hotel can stay at other Stash hotels also enrolled in the employee program for extremely discounted rates! And lastly, they offer a monthly STASH 20 zoom meeting where hoteliers can join in and learn the latest and greatest about what’s new with Stash or helpful discussions about our industry. We LOVE Stash and so do all of our Stash guests!

We joined Stash mid year of 2023, and we love everything about it. It is great to have a loyalty program that is not just meant for our valued guests but also a great perk for all associates. Stash customer support is top notch, they will really spend time to assist you in every steps, and even after the set-up, they are still and always one email away to answer whatever questions you may have. They even host a once a month meeting called "Stash 20" to connect with hotel partners and to continuously educate us to what is new or guide us on how we can improve on our day to day operation. Stash opens a door of opportunities to independent hotels, it didn't just help us increase our occupancy, it also help us a lot to market our brand, even outside Canada. Another best thing about Stash is the employee perk! Who doesn't want a world class travel experience in 300+ hotel partners at a ridiculously low rate? THE BEST!!! Lastly, Stash membership is FREE! It is easy to encourage people to join Stash because you get nothing but awesome deals at $0 fee! Best hotel loyalty program!

The experience for the hotel guests is easy from enrollment, to earning points and redemptions. The administration of the program for our hotel is easy and we love the monthly performance report to measure our success. The corporate office is always available for assistance, feedback and new ideas.

Through our years of partnership, Stash continues to be the #1 solution to help not only level the playing field against our chain competitors but also be flexible enough to tailor the program to our ever-changing individual needs. Our frequent guests are happier, our Meeting Planners are now being rewarded and the additional exposure we get through the network has been a pleasant surprise. Our entire Transient strategy starts with Stash with almost 20% of our guests earning points.

It's not often that you feel you have a "true partner" in your business efforts when running a boutique hotel, but with Stash, it really feels like they are on the team. Stash Rewards is amazing. We are a Hotel Management company located in Southern Utah, but manage hotels all around the US and Canada. We implement this program at literally EVERY property we manage. The team is amazing and so is the product. If you are an independent hotel, you would be CRAZY not to join Stash Rewards as a partner.
I love that I can now compete on a general level with branded hotels by having a loyalty rewards program. They help the conversion of one-time stays into return guests by offering points, and we know that repeat business costs less than new business. Our Front Desk now has the tools at their disposal to turn guests from OTAs (online travel agents) to direct bookings. Our Sales team has a great tool to put a cherry on top of that one piece of business that needs one last push in order to book their meeting, conference, or whatever at our hotel. Lastly, and maybe even best of all, is the hotel network itself and how it drives new business organically within itself. If another Stash Rewards participating hotel sells the program to a guest of theirs then that guest is exponentially more likely to utilize the Stash website and its network as their search engine versus Google Maps, some OTA website, or whatever else because now they know and understand the value of a well-vetted, independent hotel. As Stash continues to grow, and they have grown a lot since our first hotel became a member, this will only continue to improve alongside that growth.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, the program itself is wonderful and the people that work there have all been absolutely outstanding to work with: from implementation to execution and now growth. Though I do think there's an opportunity for them to be even more well-received with a better website and maybe even a new look logo or brand.
