We like the availability of support team, it is very important for a hotelier. There are many ways to have an access with their support team as they work with AI or call center agents and by messages, to have access to real person and discussion with whom becomes a feature.The prices of their products are quite reasonable and special offers...

HotelRunner provides great online solutions for hoteliers. We increased the number of online travel agencies we work thanks to HotelRunner's channel manager. We manage our rates and inventories easily through desktop or mobile devices. They provide support service even on weekends and very easy to get some help.
