HelloShift does a really good job keeping everything together in threads. A single user, or team, has a feed where they can see assigned tasks or related "posts". Communicating with guests via SMS, Whatsapp, or Email is simple in HelloShift. Assign tasks automatically or manually while communicating with guests.

The user experience is what differentiates HelloShift from the competition. If you have ever used a social media platform like LinkedIn or Facebook, you will understand HelloShift. I was able to quickly grasp how to use the system. For example, " @housekeeping room #102 needs more towels ".
