What do you like most?
I like most that I can see requests clearly and the steps can be logged down after request have been made.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think that the message portal that the guests use could be improved. It has minor delays when messages are sent.

I like most that Mobile ordering is very convenient for the guest and the employee. It reminds me of Uber eats most of the guest that use it loves it.

Sometimes the system does not update and I have to keep refreshing the internet website in order to receive orders. Sometimes the prices do not match.

What do you like most?
Its very easy for our staff to use and communicate with our hotel guest. Its a major time saver when guest use the pre-checkin feature.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Runtriz has been a huge improvement with communicating with our guest. Runtriz is creating revenue when guest check-in on line requesting upgrades.

What do you like most?
They are easyand fun. They are always offering trainings of new things. And it's very savvy. The light ding really catches your attention to answer the incoming messages.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing is really a great app. It's nice to move along with technology on this direction for the ones that chose.
