What do you like most?

Very easy system to set up and use. We love being able to contact our guests by text and find that our response rate has increased dramatically from the old days of phone contact only.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Would love to see the ability to save frequent guest profiles in the system as a contact so we do not have to build them a new profile each time they stay

I would like to see better connectivity with our hotel system, in order for us not to retype everything that comes through the app.
