It's super easy to use, clear, and easy to find everything. Guest communication and the layout of offers/booking confirmations are excellent. WhatsApp and pre-stay features for guests are great and straightforward.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would sometimes like to see more analyses/evaluations. Especially with regard to chat messages or WhatsApp messages a comparison of recent years would be helpful in estimating the volume.

Particularly striking are the visual, interactive offers, which function like a small online shop and actively invite guests to book. The automated follow-up process – including reminders and intelligent suggestions – noticeably increases the conversion rate. Another advantage is the integrated chat, which guests can use directly from the offer to ask questions and book, without any email ping-pong. The personalized upselling is also unique: Re:Guest suggests suitable additional services such as spa packages or room upgrades based on guest interests. The whole process is rounded off by an intuitive user interface and fast, personal support, making getting started and ongoing operations particularly easy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting functions should be a little more in-depth in order to be able to evaluate campaigns even more precisely (e.g. conversion by campaign, A/B testing for offers).

A connection to our PMS system, so we don't have to rely on the CM system, would be desirable. The chat bot still has some potential for optimization. But that's just nitpicking.

Away from long, text-based offers and long, emotionless emails. Re:Guest is simply perfect when it comes to efficient booking processing. The offers for guests are emotionally presented through images and are easy to understand. We were able to massively increase the direct booking rate in the first month alone. We receive only positive feedback from our guests, especially because questions and concerns can be answered quickly and easily via the integrated messenger. The reservation process becomes a positive experience for guests throughout the entire booking process. The employees enjoy working with Re:Guest every day, as it also saves a huge amount of time. The team behind Re:Guest does an extremely good job. From implementation to support, they are always competent, solution-oriented, fast, and consistently friendly. We can wholeheartedly recommend Re:Guest to any hotel.

Reguest has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
This vendor does not appear to have basic support essentials. Vendors who provide top tier support maintain a knowledge base help center and product updates changelog for customers.
