At the moment I only can say maybe they could work on the problem with expedia third party bookings - because they don't go through the system. But they know and I am sure they will solve this problem.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Instant notification options for every action (new booking, new message. There is no mobile version of the interface because nearly all hotels use it at the reception on desktop pc while working times. for me it is a 24/7 job to send offers and answering messages, so when im not in the office its difficult to work with.

Technically, Reguest is an outstanding product. What's truly exceptional for us, however, is the excellent service and support. This is a rare find these days: while many software providers excel in sales but fall short in customer service, here it's exactly the opposite. With Reguest, you feel like you're receiving world-class support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The modular system makes it extremely flexible and customizable, but it also drives up the price somewhat. A more customer-friendly pricing structure would be particularly desirable for modules with overlapping content.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Deeper integration with Vioma Clearing station and the option to set child age higher than 17 years. Some Analysis show statistics of bookings but offer no option to see the underlying bookings itself.
