What do you like most?

I like the design of the app, the simplicity in term of using a the way we are closer from our guest. It's a very great tool to communicate on our events !

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

-connectivity with pms, possibility to check the invoice for the guest and to pay the invoice. -Emailing prior guest arrival in order to have an access to the services of the hotel.

The display of texts on the photos: indeed it would have been great if we could move our text on an inserted visual, so that the text is adapted in relation to the visual.

At the slightest need, Marine has always been very professional, available, pedagogue and what is more positive and pleasant and this without waiting.

The back office could be clearer, but I know that it is in the process of being improved, which proves the good listening between Bowo and its partners.
