The implementation of the tool is fluid, the solution is fully customizable, the team is very responsive! The application is complete and well thought out (hotel, restaurant, spa...) I highly recommend!

IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE LESS BUGS IN ROOMS THERE ARE MANY SHUTDOWN AND SOME GUESTS REMAIN WITHOUT TABLETS SINCE THERE WERE NO SPARES.

FASTER TECHNICAL INTERVENTION WHEN THE EMAILS ARRIVE, IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO GET SOMEONE - THIS PENALIZES THE SERVICE AND GUESTS ARE NOT HAPPY BY THAT TIME
