Hotels can distribute an “Add key to wallet” link through pre-arrival scheduled messages, the Communication Hub, or Duve Guest App. Before provisioning, guests can be authenticated using multi-factor verification. Once required check-in conditions are satisfied and a room is assigned, Duve automatically activates the appropriate access credentials.Credential management is automated throughout the stay. If a guest changes rooms or extends their reservation, Duve updates the existing Wallet pass without requiring the guest to download a new key. At checkout, credentials are automatically revoked, while hotel staff retain the ability to manually revoke, refresh, or reissue keys. Operational tools also provide visibility into Wallet status, provisioning failures, access updates, and key activity logs.Wallet Keys support Apple and Google Wallet and can continue functioning when a guest’s phone battery is critically low. Duve connects digital access with compatible smart-lock infrastructure, including an integration with ASSA ABLOY Vostio/VConnect for Wallet functionality, while its broader Mobile Keys ecosystem supports leading providers such as SALTO, Dormakaba, Onity, Nuki, TTLock, and others.Beyond Wallet Keys, Duve supports in-app Bluetooth mobile keys, remote entry and access codes, and self-service keycard dispensers, allowing hotels to implement the access experience best suited to their existing infrastructure."
