Multi level derived rates are great. Especially, that the relation can be set in a sum and in percentage. Self-mapping - they were flexible enough to give us for all channels. Support service - kind and...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Rates for children and extrabed cannot be sent to OTAs. Number of children are not always sent correctly to PMS. Data Cruncher at Hotel Group level - difficult to chose the hotels.
