What do you like most?

Website booking options and tools. Different forms of Personalization tools. Fancy and attractive widgets. Interactive maps & Graphs. The Demand calendar. The conversations on the demand calendar give a very good insight into the hot dates and price management. The no vacancies in the Demand tab is very helpful for finding out which days are selling well and which days people prefer for booking. Messages which I can add at the start of, during and at the end of the booking process. OTAs screenshot option in the hotel disparities tab. OTA undercut chart. Demand trend graph in the Bench Direct segment. Booking Window- bookings & searches. The conversation journey from guest to the booking engine and booking engine to the actual booking.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I would like more campaign examples/themes which I could edit and apply. Monthly refresher training will be very much appreciated. Training about THN Context Price comparison, Saved Searches and Contact is very much needed. I see great potential for the business which I am managing. The Opportunities tab in the Bench Direct is fairly vague. Product voucher is confusing and difficult to implement. Need options to sell Bar and Grill products once the room sale is done. Need help to make Email capture more prominent. How to get people to sign up for the email lists is challenging and can be made easier.
