PriceLabs has leading data technology that provides accurate pricing information including taking holiday, events, and the time of year into consideration. Pricing recommendations are also available daily so you can adjust your pricing accordingly!

The tool works best when the initial setup reflects the property's actual strategy, rather than relying on defaults. Reviewing the recommendations weekly at the beginning also helps build trust in the system.

It pays to spend time ensuring that the pricing recommendation engine works for your specific type of property and market. The PriceLabs team has a ton of excellent documentation on how to best use their tools.
