I like how easy it is to programme and I especially love the support from the team enabling s to make easy changes

Very little if anything at present except for the mobile key interface which can be a little clunky at times

Its very easy for our staff to use and communicate with our hotel guest. Its a major time saver when guest use the pre-checkin feature.

Runtriz has been a huge improvement with communicating with our guest. Runtriz is creating revenue when guest check-in on line requesting upgrades.

I think it is easy to use. Helpful for the stuff around my hotel. It’s easy to see what the guests want but it’s something that can be so much better.

A Phone App would make things a lot more quicker and user friendly. Maybe little bit more colorful and artwork on the website.
