I truly enjoy the near-live aspect of sending correspondence to a lead or guest Via email for transactional (confirmations, etc.) as well as lead type emails. The software is simple to drag-and-drop build a new template for a new idea without being an HTML guru. There is great flexibility and I always feel their is value in my investments...
