Lots of reservations were missed by hotelrunner and each time we had to access channel extranet to find reservations. When you conatact customer service, they solve it and it will happen again in the second month.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps developing the reporting part could help taking decisions in terms of rate strategy. Rather than that, the system is complete, offers some great connections to OTAs.

Dynamic currency.Need to be changed automatically. Reporting; I do wish the system provided more simplified reporting, new reports to be emailed automatically. (customization for report).
