Exceptional funcionalities. Very simple and user-friendly solutions. It definitelty helps to manage pricing policy with a big efficiency comparing other products. I am also very suprised with the websites Profitroom does for many hotels in Poland. They are just beautiful and very catchy.
Profitroom products are easy to use, transparent and very helpful tools in hospitality. It literally changed the game for me and my team. The systems are uncomplicated, especially the Booking Engine which makes the reservation effortless for the guests.
Thanks to Profitroom’s tools as well as an amazing team our direct bookings are growing.
The engine is easy to configure, it sells plans, it is clear to the user. The channel manager has gone from less to more, it is agile in uploads but more channels are missing. The website is adjustable to each taste, whatsapp button is missing

Definitely more practical options. Very good support. There's no problem with support to give a hand with any problem or with suggesting the best solution for the property. As a Revenue Manager I do appreciate I can do anything very fast and react smoothly into what is happening on the market and what the competitors are doing. It's mainly about the Channel Manager.
The biggest difference for me is the combination of super qualified employees with advanced technology and personalized approach to each and every client . Customer service is on the highest level I have ever experienced.
It is easy to configure, it remains in the same url of the domain, you can upload photos in each promotion, it allows you to have a differential rate scheme. It is easy to load promotions and plans.
Profitroom is very intuitive and user-friendly. Hoteliers do not need to worry, the software is really easy to use, even across multiple properties. Apart from that, the product is developed constantly and the team offers e-learning modules - all free of charge.
