Great booking engine interface with multiple editing options. The Channel Manager offers complex and easy to understand analysis. When logging in to the CM you see a dashboard explaining if all the connections work properly.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are few channels to contact the support team. After successfully training the use of system, I able to contact trainer only by e-mail.

My most favourite part is the uncomplicated use of this programme and the simple overview you can get in a few seconda.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The self-service billing should include the demand plus reconciliation. Furthermore, the introduction for Paypal in SiteMinder payments would be great.

What do you like most?
- Convienent to used as the distribution of the channel is easy to understand. The booking Engine is acceptable thou slighty lack at times. Overall the conversion is acceptable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Probably the dates of the booking can be in month by month OR and also the engine booking can be better.
