What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

We worked with Ariane on several hotels projects, the payment integration with Ariane checkin kiosks and Ariane Ecommerce checkin solution has been very smooth and professional. Our common hoteliers and entertainment parks are extremely satisfied from the checkin experience they can now offer to their guests. It saves staff time and improve customers satisfaction.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Ariane great presence in many markets matches our hoteliers' expectations of having the same kiosks and payment solution everywhere and not having to deal with multiple providers. And a key success factor was that the Ariane team has always been very present and supportive on every project.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Do not hesitate to work with Ariane kiosks solution, it's a proven and robust solution. From my experience, the integration of Adyen payment terminals into Ariane checkin kiosks and online checkin solution was simple and fast thanks to Ariane developper great technical skills, making it now a plug & play solution.
