Answer:
While working as a consultant for a hotel property, Ireckonu was one of the vendors providing kiosks. From my experience, they were some of the most diligent and dedicated people I have met. Their attention to detail in addition to make sure they met their client’s needs were second to none. I would gladly work with them again.

Provides a more modern API interface than so many of the legacy systems that exist in the hospitality space. It makes it easy for website developers like us to consume their data and then focus on the UX / guest experience
iReckonu provides great data-driven solutions for hoteliers. They excel at providing personable, smart and efficient services for hotel guests. They digital guest services give hotel employees the ability to focus on problems that can only be fixed with a personal touch.

The expertise of the individuals involved with the project I was working on, was at a whole different level than some vendors I have worked with in the past. Ireckonu always had the right people on the phone to solve for the challenges we faced. Things were adjusted and functional in a very timely manner.

The expertise of the individuals involved with the project I was working on, was at a whole different level than some vendors I have worked with in the past. Ireckonu always had the right people on the phone to solve for the challenges we faced. Things were adjusted and functional in a very timely manner.
Easy of use and good documentation. Their interface and use of technology is easy to use for our developers and not painful like so many of the other systems out there that still use things like SOAP / XML
iReckonu offers one consolidated guest profile. It automatically matches and merges all of the relevant information that hoteliers need to know about their guests. They have a user friendly interface allowing administrators easy access to hotel guest information.

It is important to understand that this product is not based out of the US and is headquartered in Europe. They have a fairly extensive support system to accommodate for the time difference but if any major development is needed during off hours, that could be a little challenging. Having said that, they are more than capable of handling customer’s needs and requests giving proper notification. They are also really good at working with other vendors to ensure integrations are working smoothly.

I can't speak on the back-end side of things but if you want to create a custom booking engine that integrates with your POS systems than IreckonU is a great option -- your agency will love working with the product and their team
