Guests are able to fill-in the check-in form at their own leisure. It is not necessary to do it upon arrival, anymore. Furthermore, I can pass all the necessary information ahead their arrival.

What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

We have integrated our Optima PMS with MyStay app and self service kiosk in a very short time. The process was professional and efficient and all features work perfectly. The products allow a complete check in from MyStay products and affect optima PMS immediately and online.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

It supports all the requirements of the Czech Republic as I am sure it does in other countries. It supports main guest information as well as all guests staying in the room, as required in the Czech Republic. All in all - seems like a good and efficient product.

There are many such products on the market with different abilities and features. Select the one that meets your needs and make sure it is fully integrated with your PMS, otherwise you may be stuck with something that doesn't work. Everything works perfectly. I can communicate with guests quickly and answer many questions immediately. Guests can check-in on-line prior to arrival.

What do you like most?

I do like Mystay a lot, especially online check-in feature. It's intuitive and easy to use. Next year I'm planning to start using the check-out feature as well.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Nothing right now, I never had any problem, or my guests with them. I just always look forward to new functions.

Since using their system, it has helped me automatically process the registration of the guests. I'm very happy with MyStay, definitely worth it!

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I haven't experienced any problems so far. It seems to work just fine and no complain from my guest neither.
