MyStay's personal approach to customers has always been outstanding as they listen to feedback from hoteliers and improve the product and service. Also their industry news provide good information that help hoteliers navigate in the industry.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

I would definitelly recommend to personally meet Tomas or Pavlina form the team for a full product demo and also discuss anybody's requirements that may not be a part of the platform so far as MyStay are quick to react on those as well.

Communication with guests is really great via MyStay. It is easy to offer more of our services to our guests.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The communication with PMS is struggling sometime, but we appreciate prompt tehcnical support. We always find the way to solve any issues.

I really love mystay, it help us communicate with our customers, upsell products and have a contactless reception. It easy very easy to setup, and user friendly
