What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately custom branding for the backoffice platform has been cancelled as a feature although it was available when we started to work with LikeMagic and it was sold to us as a feature as well. Another feature we'd wish would be implemented would be a room upgrade function, so that guests could book upgrades themselves as well as more customization for the guest portal in regards to the UX.

What's particularly practical is that we can easily integrate additional services – from bread delivery to late checkout. This not only saves us work but also increases revenue.
No paperwork, no stress at the reception (which we don't have anyway) – just a few clicks on your smartphone, and everything's done. We can send information and login details directly digitally, which saves us a lot of time and makes guests feel welcome before they even arrive at the door.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Check-in via LikeMagic works excellently. Push notifications directly to guest's smartphones and last-minute upgrades would be welcome. Otherwise, the check-in process is really great.
