Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Make sure you have a PMS, POS, Payment Gateway, and ideally a service optimization ticketing system that integrates with Intelity. Integrations are key to ensuring all operational and guest communication processes are seamless.

Great company: George in sales was helpful throughout the entire process and even came on-site to ensure everything was working properly. Mobile key works well as well as the messaging.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Implementation time - but this is influenced by other vendors as well not just Intelity so not really a true complaint.

What do you like most?

Being able to integrate multiple systems and creating a seamless mobile app for our guest. Having one mobile application and not requiring our guest and members to download multiple apps.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

AI functionality to give the users more options to be taken care of. Need to incorporate functions and features of hospitality AI systems take care of guest request and also giving the app a personality.
