Currently guest can place their in-room dining order directly from the app, would like to see Intelity have the ability to scan QR codes and allow guest to place food orders at our restaurant as well.

What do you like most?

One of the best features is you do not need to keep printing anything off any longer. Just update the tablet and your guests can see all the new information. The only limit is your imagination.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The texting feature which I know they are working on. Adding he AI ability to the texting will be a game changer for auto response.
