Intelity provides a customizable solution for hotels that resonates with hotel operators and their guests. Working with them as a partner has been productive and we've enjoyed the collaboration between our teams.

White label customization is sought after but hyper-personalization is hard to develop and maintain--Intelity has mastered this and provides an excellent solution that fits the needs of boutique properties, luxury hotels and resorts, and casinos.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

As mobile check-in continues to be sought after by guests and a desirable way to improve operational efficiency at the front desk, make sure to ask Intelity about their ability to verify guests identity and age. Staying in compliance and knowing who your guests are before enabling them to skip the front desk is pivotal to trust, safety, and success.
