I still remember, a few years back, I was so curious and thinking why they haven't focused on creating PMS? guess what, they went too advance on technology and launched a cloud-based PMS.

It has pretty much any function you could ever need. I like all the options you have for describing your property.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It takes awhile to learn where everything is when setting up and changing your property. A simpler website would have been nice

What do you like most?

- I love the Price Managing by season. - Also the alternative to configure promotion codes. - The bilingual online support.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Sabre doesn't have a mobile app like Rezgain. It is really necessary, for this kind of job, as it is almost 24/7, it is better to have it on hand and easy to manage everywhere.

Having participated in 2 RFPs for booking engine technology providers in the past 2 years and at one point testing 4 providers head-to-head, Synxis is still the best. Evaluating cost, look-to-book perform...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The data breach earlier this year and layoffs seemed to have taken up a lot of resources at Sabre. It remains to be seen if this was just a hiccup or the start of a decline in quality at Sabre.

What do you like most?

Ability to offer unlimited rates to all channels. Customization and ease of use once trained. Great looking booking engine.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Customer support is poor. On boarding and sales were fantastic, but the customer support person seems to have too much to handle.
