While they looked good and did pretty much all the same features as other PMS , we selected them because they claimed to have been in business longer than their competitors. We figured the experience would help.

Love the yield option better then Oracles version of the feature within Opera. IQware revenue change of rates is incredibly easy to execute.

The system is a cloud based system which makes it much easier to help my staff from home if there is an issue especially for critical situations that arise as are fairly common with PMSs in my experience. It also has many features built into it including staff task management and checklist tracking in addition to being able to message with...
