When the technology works, it is somewhat helpful to guests. But it does not always work and CS is difficult to work with. Initial costs, and annual support fees are very expensive. If unit was not required by Hilton, we would not use it.

The "storage" capacity for the Blue Fin players causes a problem sometimes with it giving an error for the SD Card and having a black screen. The font variety is limited, which is too bad when you want to use a nice script, etc for a wedding or party, etc. What is displayed when you are creating the slide is not always how it displays on...
