Answer:

I have nothing to mention regarding this as we just made it through with our first integration for our first client. The whole integration experience is very great. Great help from the development team and sales teams as well who keep an eye on the whole process.

They have an amazing support team. Quick resolution of any issue. They call you and explain step by step all the details that you are unable to do.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Evolution system (GDS rates) needs improvement, only working with flat rates, need to work with inventory rooms for different rates.

What do you like most?

Booking engine is quick, "clean", easy, simple to book. Very user friendly. Guestcentric provides good customer service assistance. !

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I think in regards to creating promotions and the way they are visible on the booking engine could be improved. It could offer more options to work with, in regards to revenue back office.

Great support team! They are all very helpful and clear. Very short time span between asking for help and receiving the answer from them :)

What do you like most?

Service is outstanding and of capital importance to me. This was one of the main reasons to choose guestcentric systems as our tech partner for CRS booking engine and web developers.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Still too soon to report items to improve, but I don’t expect much to complain about over the next few years.
