I can certainly tell you what I don't like. Fix the issues that make our use of innRoad undesired. We ask for fixes and they never happen.

Lack of communication for immediate needs - I do not have "time" to wait 3 days for a response to an immediate need.

I don't like anything about Innroads groups. Everything in groups is a struggle. The program is very frustrating. Even check-ins are struggle when you have big groups.

This system by far was the easiest for my staff to learn. It is almost impossible to screw up a reservation. The reports are simple to understand. When Customer Support is needed they are there for you. If the don't have the answer they will get it for you.
