Hello shift is very simple and straightforward it’s easy to navigate due to the simple layout. I never experience any issues it’s a great tool to keep us updated as a team.

Ability to communicate with guest fast and effectively. I like the ability to put task in for my staff and they can see it and take care of the issues with out having to talk face to face.

I like that HelloShift Prevents any potential issues with upcoming reservations. Guests feel important and that their needs are being met.

The search bar section doesn't find key words in the wiki, instead brings up old conversations with guests. A wiki search bar would be nice.

I don't think anything can be improvised to the website, it's very useful and easy to use to text our guests when they have questions or need any other amenities.

Answer:

The user experience is what differentiates HelloShift from the competition. If you have ever used a social media platform like LinkedIn or Facebook, you will understand HelloShift. I was able to quickly grasp how to use the system. For example, " @housekeeping room #102 needs more towels ".

Answer:

Consider using HelloShift to consolidate your housekeeping, task management, maintenance, checklist, lost & found, guest mail, registration card, and even guest/internal communication needs. There may be more they can do for your property.

I love how easy the website is to use. I also love how it opens up communication between all staff members at our hotel property.

What do you like most?

Ease of set up and if you have a dependable wifi network, it works great. Also, being able to use on phones is great because with youth, they love to use their phones :)

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Easy of the set up of the PM checklists for maintenance. I have been on the system for a few years now , but it is difficult for newer users.
