What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

In my experience, I've known SHR to be on the forefront of developing innovative technology. Their Internet Booking Engine (IBE) is quite flexible from the front end to the back end. Recently, I had a sneak peak at Waves, their new Revenue Management System and I was very impressed with the extensive functionality and it's overall intuitiveness.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

At SHR you are not a number. It's great to have industry partners that are not only responsive, but knowledgeable, personable and follow through. Beyond an incredible arsenal of innovative solutions, you can always count on the SHR team to support you, plain and simple.

Question:

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

My recommendation would be to go ahead and ask someone at SHR to demo all of their solutions rather than just one in particular. This way you will have a better understanding of what key requirements can be met today and in the future if necessary.
