The combination of a quality tablet/fast processor with highly intuitive software that was so snappy that it almost seemed to anticipate the information I was thinking of finding next. I think is a great product in general, I can not think in anything that I would change, maybe the battery lifecycle, is really good right now but is the only thing I will change. A long last battery would be great so I can leave the tablet even one night out of the dock and the not be worried about charging. That said, most of the time you donĀ“t need to take it out the dock but sometimes it happens.

Be creative with how you can implement Crave into your daily operations. This tool should be used to streamline existing processes and increase revenue wherever possible. One thing I think could be improved is the verbiage and navigation within the CMS. A user friendlier version of the CMS for less tech savvy individuals would be helpful and I believe a change in this area would result in a more self efficiently managed hotel. Also, just a recommendation to optimize your usage, make sure to determine best practices with each department and clearly communicate processes with one another.
